QPR, Millwall, Cambridge United & Walsall to win - 21.33/1
Another Saturday packed with a full EFL fixture list is upon us with no fewer than 33 matches taking place across the Sky Bet Championship, League One and League Two this afternoon. Here at betting.bet we’ve narrowed our daily betting tips down to four selections with odds courtesy of BoyleSports.
Queens Park Rangers v Middlesbrough: QPR to win - 13/10
QPR have shown signs of real improvement in recent weeks to climb out of the relegation zone. Ten points from their last four matches including a huge win away to league leaders, Leicester City make QPR easy to back on Saturday despite having one of the worst home records in the Championship.
Millwall v Birmingham City: Millwall to win - 23/20
Another side hitting form at just the right time are Millwall. The Londonders looked to be sliding towards relegation to League One before the re-appointment of all-time top scorer, Neil Harris as manager. Millwall have taken seven points from the last nine available.Meanwhile, Birmingham City have just one point from their past three league games and head to the New Den boasting one of the Championship’s worst away records.
Cambridge United v Northampton Town: Cambridge United to win - 23/20
Millwall’s gain is very much Cambridge United’s loss as Neil Harris’ switch to The Lions has coincided with Cambridge United’s slide back towards the relegation spots in League One. Four defeats on the bounce leave Cambridge United looking nervously over their shoulders. Saturday’s opponents, Northampton Town suffered a 5-1 defeat at Peterborough United last time out and have now failed to win four of their past five away league games. In Garry Monk’s first game in charge at the Abbey Stadium we’re tipping the hosts to get back to winning ways.
Forest Green Rovers v Walsall: Walsall to win - 11/10
If Walsall could replicate their home form on the road they’d be knocking on the door for automatic promotion but a return of just five wins in 17 away league games has left them fighting it out for a play-off spot. However, The Saddlers head to the New Lawn Stadium on the back of five straight wins and take on a Forest Green Rovers side with the division’s worst home record.
