Coming from two strokes behind at the start, she wrapped up with a pair of birdies in her last three holes, setting the pace in the clubhouse at 20 under.
Hira Naveed, an Australian newcomer, came in second with a score of 18 under following a 66, while Lexi Thompson's bid stumbled with a mishap into the water on the 16th, relegating her to third place.
"I knew I needed to post a low score and I managed to play intelligently," Korda remarked.
"Maintaining focus after a win is tough, but achieving three consecutive victories is beyond my wildest dreams."
Korda had earlier won the LPGA Drive On Championship in January and, after a seven-week hiatus, returned triumphantly at last week's Seri Pak Championship in California.
Her latest triumph at Phoenix's debut Ford Championship marks her 11th tour title. She is the first golfer to clinch three straight LPGA Tour events since Ariya Jutanugarn of Thailand in 2018.
The record, with five consecutive wins, is jointly held by American Nancy Lopez (1978) and Swede Annika Sorenstam (2004-05).
In challenging, windy, and rainy conditions, European Solheim Cup contenders Carlota Ciganda from Spain and Sweden's Maya Stark finished tied for third at 17 under.
