The boxing world is eagerly awaiting the first undisputed heavyweight championship of this century. The event will take place in Riyadh on May 18, with a packed undercard. Both Fury and Usyk are set to defend their undefeated records and their titles in what promises to be a historic fight. Usyk V Fury was delayed by three months due to an eye injury Fury sustained in a different fight.

Joshua has expressed his admiration for Usyk:
"Phenomenal fighter, does everything to a tee. He's going to do a really good job," Joshua said/../?. He admitted he hasn't fought Fury and thus can't compare directly but affirmed, "I'll have to say Oleksandr Usyk will be victorious."
Post his previous defeats to Usyk in 2021 and 2022, where he lost his heavyweight titles, Joshua has bounced back with four victories since April 2023. He aims to challenge the winner of the Fury-Usyk bout as he continues to rebuild his career.
Joshua’s next fight is scheduled for September at Wembley, with Deontay Wilder, Filip Hrgovic, and Daniel Dubois as potential opponents. Despite his interest in a third match against Usyk, Joshua acknowledges that British fans and boxing betting enthusiasts are more excited about a potential fight against Fury.
"Ultimately, [Fury-Joshua] is what the fans want. If the fans want to see it, they'll get it. But for me personally, of course, I'd love to compete with Oleksandr Usyk," Joshua added, emphasising that while he is open to all challenges, the public demand leans heavily towards Fury.
In his boxing schedule, Joshua is prepared for any date between September 20-25 at London’s Wembley Stadium.
