The penultimate round of Premier League fixtures are scheduled for this coming weekend with both the title race and relegation battles looking set to go down to the wire. Holders, Manchester City are still the bookies’ favourites to win a fourth consecutive Premier League title but it is Arsenal that currently sit on top of the table.
At the bottom end of the table, Sheffield United’s brief stay in the Premier League is almost over with the Blades now certain to be playing Championship football again next season. Newly-promoted Burnley and Luton Town look most likely to join them in dropping out of the Premier League but Nottingham Forest are still not assured of their Premier League survival.
