UEFA Champions League Acca Odds - 3/1

- Bayer Leverkusen to win (8/13)
- Inter Milan (1/7)
- Monaco to win (7/10)
- Liverpool to win (2/11)
Barcelona v Young Boys
Barcelona to win - 1/12
Young Boys may pay the price for a couple of recent Barcelona losses when they visit the Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys on Tuesday evening. The match has become a must-win tie for Barcelona after the Spanish giants lost 2-1 at Monaco on match day one whilst their perfect start to the La Liga season came to an abrupt end at the weekend as they went down to a 4-2 defeat at Osasuna.
Young Boys have made a nightmare start to the season, winning just one of their first eight league games and losing 3-0 away at Aston Villa on match day one in the Champions League. The Swiss side have never played Barcelona in a competitive fixture but have lost on their last three trips to Spain.
Bayer Leverkusen v AC Milan
Bayer Leverkusen to win - 8/13
Bayer Leverkusen were never going to maintain the astonishingly high standards set last season but the reigning German champions have made a solid start to the new campaign nonetheless. Xavi Alonso’s side earned a 1-1 draw away at Bayern Munich on the weekend and sit just three points off top spot in the Bundesliga. The Germans flew out of the blocks in the Champions League, winning 4-0 away at Feyenoord on the opening weekend and look good value to maintain their 100% record when Italian giants AC Milan visit the BayArena on Tuesday.
AC Milan lost 3-1 to Liverpool in their opening Champions League game this season and despite sitting just two points off top spot in Serie A, this is an average AC Milan side. Paulo Fonseca’s team have won just one of their three away leagues so far this season and we’re not expecting them to pose too much of a threat to Bayer Leverkusen on Tuesday.
Inter Milan v Slovan Bratislava
Inter Milan to win - 1/7
Inter Milan impressed when holding Manchester City to a goalless draw at the Etihad on match day one and now the three-time winners look set to pick up their first win when they host Slovak side Slovan Bratislava at the San Siro on Tuesday. Slovan Bratislava have made a solid start to their domestic campaign, winning six of their first seven league games however they were on the wrong end of a 5-1 drubbing against Celtic on match day one and look like one of the weakest sides in this season’s competition.
Dinamo Zagreb v Monaco
Monaco to win - 7/10
Dinamo Zagreb sit rock bottom of the Champions League table following a humiliating 9-2 defeat at the hands of Bayern Munich. Trailing 3-0 at half-time, the Croatians had fought their way back to 3-2 but were completely blown away in the last 35 minutes as their hosts ran riot. Dinamo Zagreb sit third in their domestic league with matches involving the reigning Croatian champions producing considerably more goals-per-game than any other team.
Monaco produced the shock of the tournament so far on match day one as they earned a 2-1 win at home to Barcelona. Adi Hutter’s side continue to impress domestically and they currently sit second in Ligue 1 on goal difference only having won five and drawn one of their first six league games. Monaco warmed up for Wednesday evening with a last-gasp win at home to Montpellier on Saturday whilst they have won both away games played so far this season without conceding a goal.
Liverpool v Bologna
Liverpool to win - 2/11
Liverpool face Italian opposition for the second successive week and once again we’re backing the Reds to come out on top. Arne Slot’s side came from behind to defeat Milan 3-1 on match day one and have since won three straight domestic matches against AFC Bournemouth (3-0), West Ham United (5-1) and Wolves (2-1).
Liverpool currently sit on top of the Premier League table whilst in contrast, Wednesday’s opponents Bologna head to Anfield enduring a difficult start to the season. Bologna lost manager Thiago Motta to Junvetus in the summer whilst several first-team stars also departed the Stadio Renato Dall’Ara ahead of the new season. Consequently, Bologna have started the new Serie A season with one win in six matches and were held to a 0-0 draw at home to Shakhtar Donetsk on match day one.
