Premier League Acca Odds - 17/2
* Tottenham Hotspur to win (8/11)
* Chelsea to win (4/6)
* Manchester United to win (4/7)
* Liverpool to win (11/10)
Tottenham Hotspur v Fulham
Spurs pulled off an almighty shock last weekend as they ran out 4-0 winners in a rampant performance away at defending champions Manchester City. Ange Postecoglu’s side have now moved to within three points of the top four and despite a shock defeat to Ipswich Town in their last home league game they actually boast a decent record at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this season.
Fulham put in an abject display at home to Wolves last weekend and despite going 1-0 ahead they were on the receiving end of a 4-1 drubbing at Craven Cottage. Fulham are ninth in the league, just a single point behind Spurs but have won just two of their six away league games this season.
Verdict: Spurs to win - 8/11
Marco Silva will expect an immediate response from his Fulham side but Spurs have their tails up at the moment and we’re backing the hosts to win a game full of goals.
Correct score prediction: Tottenham Hotspur 3-1 Fulham (11/1)
Chelsea v Aston Villa
Chelsea have moved up to third in the Premier League table after an excellent run of results throughout November. The Blues won three and drew two in all competitions throughout the month. Their home form has been particularly impressive and they remain unbeaten in all competitions at Stamford Bridge since losing to Manchester City on the opening weekend of the Premier League season.
Aston Villa may count themselves unfortunate to have had a last-gasp winner ruled out by VAR in their midweek draw against Juventus but they now head to West London without a win in their last seven matches in all competitions. Unai Emery’s side have slipped to eighth in the Premier League.
Verdict: Chelsea to win - 4/6
No side currently positioned outside of the Premier League’s bottom five have conceded more goals away from home that Aston Villa this season whilst Chelsea are the league’s third-highest scorers with 23 goals in twelve matches so far. We’re tipping Chelsea to claim all three points.
Correct score prediction: Chelsea 2-0 Aston Villa (9/1)
Manchester United v Everton
Manchester United extended their unbeaten run to six matches in all competitions with a 3-2 Europa League win in midweek. The Red Devils have not lost at Old Trafford since September. They are however languishing in 13th position in the Premier League thanks in part to their poor return of 13 goals scored in their 12 league games.
Everton are two points above the drop zone with eleven points from 12 matches. The Toffees have failed to score in three straight matches with their last two league games ending goalless.
Verdict: Manchester United to win - 4/7
Ruben Amorim takes charge of his first home Premier League game on Sunday and we’re expecting them to take all three points against an Everton side unable to put the ball in the net. Both Manchester United and Everton are amongst the four lowest scoring teams in the Premier League this season so don’t expect too many goals at Old Trafford.
Correct score prediction: Manchester United 2-0 Everton (7/1)
Liverpool v Manchester City
Liverpool will move nine points clear at the Premier League’s summit with a win on Sunday. Arne Slot’s superb start to life on Merseyside has seen Liverpool win ten of their first twelve league games. The Reds won 3-2 at Southampton last weekend before earning a fully deserved 2-0 win over Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday.
Manchester City are enduring a torrid time recently and are now winless in six matches in all competitions. Pep Guardiola’s side looked to have bounced back from last weekend’s 4-0 loss at Spurs as they raced into a 3-0 lead over Feyenoord in the Champions League however, they were pegged back to 3-3 after conceding three times in the last 15 minutes.
Verdict: Liverpool to win - 11/10
High-flying Liverpool can heap more misery on Manchester City at Anfield on Sunday and a home win looks very likely. Liverpool have won five of their six home league games so far and conceded just three goals in those half a dozen matches.
Manchester City have conceded at least two goals in their last six matches and come up against Mohamed Salah in red-hot form having scored in five straight league games.
Correct score prediction: Liverpool 4-1 Manchester City (28/1)
