UEFA Champions League: Betting Tips, Odds & Insights (21st - 22nd January)

Aston Villa, Celtic, Bayern and Inter Milan to win, Club Brugge & Juventus to draw - 24/1

The UEFA Champions League returns this week with all 36 clubs in action across Tuesday and Wednesday evening. There are just two rounds of matches left to play in the competition's league phase which intensifies the importance of this week’s fixtures. Ahead of match day seven, here at betting.bet our tipsters have put together a five-fold Champions League acca with football betting odds available at odds of 24/1 with our betting partners at CopyBet.

Champions League Acca Odds - 24/1

  • Aston Villa to win (17/10)
  • Club Brugge & Juventus to draw (9/4)
  • Celtic to win (1/3)
  • Bayern Munich to win (42/100)
  • Inter Milan to win (2/5)

Monaco v Aston Villa

Aston Villa to win - 17/10

Following a superb start to their Champions League campaign, Monaco have dropped to 16th with back-to-back defeats at Benfica and Arsenal. Since suffering a heavy 3-0 loss at Arsenal in mid-December, Monaco’s only win in seven matches came against amateur side Union Saint-Jean in the Coupe de France on December 22nd. The out-of-form hosts are winless in all four matches played in 2025.

Aston Villa stayed on course for the knockout stages with a 3-2 win at RB Leipzig last time out and Unai Emery’s side are now unbeaten in five matches in all competitions. Aston Villa bounced back from two goals down to earn a 2-2 draw at Arsenal last time out and could take a giant leap towards the last-16 on Tuesday evening.

Club Brugge v Juventus

Draw - 9/4

Club Brugge have given their own hopes of progression a real boost with seven points in the last three games against Aston Villa (1-0), Celtic (1-1) and Sporting Lisbon (2-1). The Belgians are unbeaten in 17 matches in all competitions, stretching back to October and will head into Tuesday full of confidence.

Opponents Juventus arrive in Belgium enjoying an equally solid run of form both at home and in Europe. The two-time European champions defeat AC Milan at the weekend to extend their unbeaten start in Serie A to 21 matches whilst a 2-0 win over Manchester City in their most recent Champions League fixture leaves the Italians right in the mix for the knockout stage. The bookies’ latest match odds suggest a slight advantage for Juventus but Thiago Motta’s side have incredibly drawn 13 of their 21 league games so far this season and a draw would not be the worst result for either club.

Celtic v Young Boys

Celtic to win - 1/3

Celtic are unbeaten in four Champions League games since a heavy 7-1 defeat to Borussia Dortmund on match day two. However, it was always their home form that had the potential to see them over the line. The Scottish champions currently sit in one of the play-off places thanks to a return of seven points from three home games so far. Since drawing 1-1 with Club Brugge in this competition back in October, Celtic have won seven straight home matches in all competitions.

Visiting Glasgow on Wednesday night is a Young Boys side that side rock-bottom of the Champions League table with six defeats from a possible six. Young Boys have conceded eleven goals in their last two Champions League matches and were held to a draw at home to minnows FC Winterthur in the Swiss Super League last weekend.

Feyenoord v Bayern Munich

Bayern Munich to win - 42/100

Four points in two matches against Manchester City (3-3) and Sparta Prague (4-2) have given Feyenoord a fighting chance of progressing to the next stage of this competition but a return of just one point in three matches in the Eredivisie is a real cause for concern. On Wednesday they host a Bayern Munich side that have bounced back from successive defeats on match days two and three to sit just a single point outside of the top eight going into the last two rounds of fixtures. Vincent Kompany’s Bayern Munich sit top of the Bundesliga table in Germany and are currently on a four-game winning streak.

Sparta Prague v Inter Milan

Inter Milan to win - 2/5

Sparta Prague need a minor miracle just to reach the play-offs in the Champions League having taken just four points from their first six matches in the competition. The Czech side had four points on the board after two matches but have since reeled off four straight defeats by a 17-3 aggregate scoreline.

In contrast, Inter Milan remain on course for the last-16 despite losing 1-0 at Bayer Leverkusen last time out. The Italian giants have lost just one of their last nine matches in all competitions and have started 2025 with seven points in three matches in Serie A to keep alive their hopes of retaining the title won last season.
