Here at betting.bet our resident tipsters have compiled a list of the best football betting tips across the EFL. This weekend’s EFL acca is available at odds of 66/1 through our betting partners at BoyleSports.

EFL Weekend Acca Odds - 66/1

  • West Bromwich Albion to win (4/6)
  • Sheffield United to win (11/10)
  • Coventry City to win (6/4)
  • Wycombe Wanderers to win (3/4)
  • Huddersfield Town to win (7/10)
  • Swindon Town to win (8/5)

Plymouth Argyle v West Bromwich Albion

West Bromwich Albion to win - 4/6

Plymouth Argyle’s days in the Sky Bet Championship seem numbered with a seven-point deficit to make up, if they are to avoid relegation to League One. The Pilgrims lost 5-0 to Burnley in their last home league games and they are now winless in 15 Championship fixtures.

West Bromwich Albion are the visitors to Home Park on Saturday and arrive in Devon in fifth position in the Championship table thanks to last weekend’s convincing 5-1 win at home to Portsmouth. The Baggies are winless in eight away matches in all competitions but we expect that run to end against a poor Plymouth Argyle side.

Derby County v Sheffield United

Sheffield United to win - 11/10

Another side free-falling towards League One is Derby County and The Rams head into the weekend in the bottom three after yet another league defeat last Saturday. Derby County’s 2-1 reverse at Cardiff City was their sixth consecutive loss in the league.

Sheffield United make the relatively short trip south to Pride Park holding on to the second automatic promotion spot despite losing 3-0 at home to Hull City last Friday evening. The Blades boast one of the Championship’s best away records and have won back-to-back matches on the road against Swansea City and Watford.

Swansea City v Coventry City

Coventry City to win - 6/4

Swansea City are a club in crisis following a January to forget in South Wales. Suggestions that manager Luke Williams had his head turned by interest from West Bromwich Albion was followed swiftly by a dismal 3-0 South Wales derby defeat at rivals Cardiff City. To compound a month to forget, Swansea City have now lost captain Matt Grimes to Coventry City and go into the weekend on the back of just one point in five matches.

Ironically, Grimes’ new club Coventry City are the visitors to the Swansea.com Stadium on Saturday and arrive in good form with three straight wins enough to see Frank Lampard’s side move into the top half of the table. We’re tipping the Sky Blues to keep moving forward with a fourth straight win and in doing so, push Swansea City into a relegation battle.

Cambridge United v Wycombe Wanderers

Wycombe Wanderers to win - 3/4

Cambridge United’s resurgence was short-lived with their 2-1 defeat at Rotherham United last time out ending a run of two league games without defeat. The League One strugglers are now six points adrift of safety and have won just one of their last nine league games.

Wycombe Wanderers head to Cambridge on Saturday unbeaten in three league games and boasting the best away record in League One. A return of 30 points in 14 away league games has helped promotion-chasing Wycombe Wanderers open up a six-point advantage over Wrexham in third.

Northampton Town v Huddersfield Town

Huddersfield Town to win - 7/10

Wins for Burton Albion and Crawley Town last weekend have increased the pressure on Northampton Town at the wrong end of the League One table. The Cobblers are just three points above the relegation zone following a return of one point in three matches and a run of one win in their last nine.

Huddersfield Town have seen their own promotion push stutter in recent weeks, earning just one point from their last three league games. The Terriers lost 3-1 at home to Northampton Town in the reverse fixture earlier this season and will want to right that wrong and get their promotion push back on track on Saturday.

Carlisle United v Swindon Town

Swindon Town to win - 8/5

Carlisle United are now five points from safety at the bottom of League Two thanks to a run of four defeats in their last five matches. With just two home league wins all season, Carlisle United possess one of the worst home records in League Two. A hectic January has seen Carlisle United bring in eleven new players and whilst they may prove able to keep The Cumbrians in the Football League, they are going to take time to gel.

Swindon Town on the other hand have slowly but surely eased their own relegation concerns as Ian Holloway has overseen a superb run of results recently. Swindon Town head into the weekend on the back of three straight league wins and just one defeat in their last nine. The reverse fixture at the County Ground ended 2-0 in Grimsby Town’s favour but we’re not looking past a Swindon Town win on Saturday.
