However, The Reds remain well on course for a first Premier League title since 2019/20 thanks to a return of 73 points from 31 matches so far. Arne Slot’s side hold an eleven-point advantage over Arsenal with just seven games left to play.

West Ham United’s season is, for all intents and purposes, over having opened up a fifteen-point lead over the relegation places whilst remaining some way off the battle for European qualification. Graham Potter’s side sit 16th with 35 points from 31 matches but have taken just two points from the last twelve available. The Hammers drew 2-2 at home to AFC Bournemouth in their most recent league game whilst their last away fixture in the Premier League ended in defeat, losing 1-0 at Wolves.

Liverpool v West Ham United: Head-to-Head

West Ham United’s last league win at Anfield came back in 2015 and Liverpool have held a considerable advantage over West Ham United in recent meetings, losing just one of the last 19 matches contested in all competitions.

The Reds were rampant in this season’s reverse fixture, winning 5-0 at the London Stadium back in December. There were five different Liverpool players on target that day with goals for Luis Diaz, Cody Gakpo, Mohamed Salah, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Diogo Jota.

West Ham United didn’t fare much better when they travelled to Anfield for last season’s Premier League fixture away at Liverpool. Despite Jarrod Bowen scoring for The Hammers, West Ham United lost 3-1 thanks to strikes from Mohamed Salah, Darwin Nunez and Diogo Jota.

Salah has scored in four of Liverpool’s last five matches against West Ham United, the only game during that run where he has failed to score, he didn’t come off the bench until the 81st minute. Salah is 1/2 to score at any time on Sunday or 9/4 to score first. However, it may be worth considering the 27/10 on offer for Salah to score two or more.
