Betting in Kenya is licensed by the Gambling Regulatory Authority
Kenya has one national licence, and since the Gambling Control Act 2025 it is issued by the Gambling Regulatory Authority, the body that took over from the Betting Control and Licensing Board. A betting licence covers sportsbooks, a separate public gaming licence covers casino games, slots and jackpots, and a public lottery licence covers draws. The regulator publishes the operators it has approved for each trading period, and every brand on this page comes from that register.
