If your selected player is substituted the bet automatically rolls over to the direct replacement, and if that substitute is later replaced the bet rolls again, with one active inheritor at a time. If no replacement enters, for example where a team is reduced to 10 players, settlement is based on the original player statistics up to the substitution. Cards count only if the player is on the field when the card is issued, and goalkeeper or outfield swaps still qualify. Applies when a race result is amended before the weigh in, paying on both the first past the post and the official amended result. UK and Irish horse racing only.
