Championship
I’m on my way to Bolton, which isn’t a flex, far from it; however, I will be watching my Bluebirds take on fellow relegation rivals Bolton. I have a feeling this may be a stinker; however, I’m hoping City can finally get their first win of the season and kick-start their season. However, Bolton scored a couple against table-topping West Ham on Tuesday, and that’s a worry. I can see them getting another couple against City, which should see Cardiff in the relegation zone by Sunday evening. So a 2-1 home win. Big-spending Spurs look to get their first win under their belts too after spending a trillion dollars in the transfer window. Trading Standards should be called in based on what they paid for mediocre Premier League players.

Meanwhile, Everton just look drab, the most uninspiring team in the league, who bizarrely sold their best player on the last day of the transfer window. They have a striker who looks promising in Thierno Barry, but he isn’t ready for this level; you may as well put Gareth Barry up front. They just will struggle to score goals, and Saturday won’t be any different. Spurs should win well, and we can enjoy O’Hara on talkSPORT shouting, ‘WE’RE BACK’. I’m predicting a 3-0 home win and some respite for Spurs manager Roberto De Zerbi, who I dislike with a passion. I’ve never understood why he’s held in such high regard, but I do know he’s jammy, and this should ease his woes, unfortunately.
Tottenham Hotspur 3-0 Everton

16:30 Manchester United v Manchester City
Premier League
Man United won well on Thursday night, but let’s face it, they beat a pretty poor team that would struggle in the Championship, so let’s not get carried away. Man City won well in Europe and probably should have seen off Porto in the first half alone. In recent match-ups, Man United have done well against Man City; however, they have been riding their luck for some time, scraping wins all year, and they simply rarely play well. I have a feeling they will get exposed on Sunday. Man City have loads of top new signings who will be starting to gel, while United bought a load of bench warmers in what is probably their worst summer transfer window in a decade. With the same defence they had four years ago, the wheels are about to come off. A 4-1 demolition is on the cards. I can feel it.
Manchester United 1-4 Manchester City
