Odds Competitiveness
7/12
Football and most of the other major sports see generally decent pricing at Spinzwin, with the sportsbook running on well known international sportsbook technology through the ProgressPlay platform, keeping standard prices competitive, though not always the best available on every event.
Spinzwin is missing from the major live odds-comparison grids, which is a slight frustration, since it means checking the site directly to see how its prices stack up on a given selection rather than comparing at a glance.
Boosted Odds also feature across sports including football, tennis and basketball, adding some extra value on top of the standard pricing. Everyday odds are perfectly respectable overall, though the range of price enhancements remains fairly limited next to some of the UK's leading bookmakers.
Market Coverage
4.5/8
Football, horse racing, tennis, basketball, cricket and rugby lead the way at Spinzwin, alongside all the other sports you'd expect to find, and being built on the ProgressPlay sportsbook also brings strong coverage of European and international events, with esports particularly well served by a good range of fixtures and markets.
The trade off is a sports menu that runs unnecessarily long. Water polo and pickleball sit alongside the mainstream sports, great if either happens to be your thing, but not something most UK punters are likely to seek out on a Saturday afternoon. Trimming the menu down would make navigation easier.
Market depth is strongest on football, especially the bigger fixtures, though the gap to the leading UK sportsbooks becomes clear once you go looking for more specialist markets. Horse racing is more basic still, with the core markets present but nothing like the depth offered by the major racing specialists.
There's certainly no shortage of things to bet on at Spinzwin. Broad sports coverage and a strong esports offering are real positives, though more focus on depth within the markets UK bettors actually use would improve things further.
In-Play Betting
2/3
'Live' sits right alongside 'Sport' at the very top of the page at Spinzwin, underlining just how central in-play betting is to the sportsbook, and getting straight into events already underway couldn't be easier. Football, tennis, basketball, esports and plenty of the more niche sports covered by the platform typically have a large number of live events running at any one time.
Event pages back this up well, pairing live markets with visual match trackers, scores and match details. The market category counts look eye catching at first, though Spinzwin has been a touch creative with how those figures are calculated, counting individual betting options rather than genuinely distinct market types.
Put Spinzwin next to bet365 and that difference becomes more obvious, since the real variety of in-play market types on offer at the bigger operator runs deeper. Spinzwin promotes its live product hard and makes it easy to reach, but the actual market depth doesn't quite live up to what those headline numbers suggest.
Bet Builder
1/3
Matches that support Bet Builder are clearly flagged with a 'BB' tag at Spinzwin, so spotting which games offer the feature is simple enough, and there's a solid range of markets available for building your own same-game multiple.
The weak link is the underlying technology. Pick a market and you might discover your next selection doesn't actually combine with it, yet that incompatible option is still sitting there, selectable, rather than being greyed out. Ideally, incompatible markets should disappear or lock as soon as you make your first pick.
That makes building anything more elaborate a slightly tedious trial and error exercise of adding selections to see what the system will let you combine. The feature works, but the experience around it needs sharpening up.
Live Streaming
0/2
No live video is on offer at Spinzwin for horse racing, football or anything else, a notable gap given how heavily the sportsbook promotes its 'Live' betting product. Live visualisations and match statistics are available on selected events, but they're no real substitute for watching the action unfold.
There is some context worth bearing in mind. Streaming costs don't scale neatly with player volumes, making it a tough commercial proposition for smaller bookmakers, whereas a major brand can spread that cost across a far bigger customer base.
From a business standpoint the omission makes sense, but it's still a weakness from where the customer sits. Anyone who wants to watch live sport through their bookmaker will find Spinzwin trailing the bigger UK betting brands here.
Cash Out
2/2
On selected sports, events and markets, Spinzwin lets you settle eligible bets before the final whistle or finish line through Cash Out, covering both pre-match and in-play situations across singles and multiples. Not every bet qualifies, but the option is there when it counts.
Flexibility is extended further through Partial Cash Out, which lets you take some of your stake off the table while the rest of the bet keeps running, a genuinely handy tool once you're betting in-play.
Whether the feature actually shows up depends on the specific event and market in front of you, so checking for it at the point of placing your bet is always worthwhile.

Ongoing Promotions
5/12
Major sporting competitions and events are where Spinzwin tries to add value through ongoing promotions, and while the permanent selection isn't the largest around, the Acca Super Boost stands out, offering up to a 100% profit boost on qualifying accumulators, alongside the regular Boosted Odds.
'Bet & Get' offers also crop up fairly regularly, rewarding a qualifying deposit and bet with a Free Bet, essentially an old school reload bonus and a nice touch for existing customers.
Bigger cashback promotions are also worth watching for, appearing around major events and competitions such as the Champions League, with cashback of up to £500 on some offers, a figure substantial enough to catch the eye of bigger bettors and more than you might expect from a smaller sportsbook.
Being built on an agent-based white-label platform makes certain promotional formats harder to implement, and with that in mind, Spinzwin does a decent job of adding extra value through these offers, even if the permanent promotions on offer remain limited.
Daily Promotions
3/8
Featured offers tied to the standout fixtures of the day are thin on the ground at Spinzwin, an area where there's clearly room for the sportsbook to do more.
Part of the issue is the absence of a promotional carousel at the top of the sportsbook, a tool many bookmakers use to spotlight daily promotions, enhanced offers and event specials the moment you log in. Spinzwin lacks that same focal point.
Boosted Odds and additional promotions around bigger competitions still exist, but there isn't the same sense of a fresh offer waiting to be discovered every day. A stronger push on featured event promotions alongside a proper promotional carousel would make a real difference.
Price Boosts
2/4
A 'Boosted Odds' section sits in the left hand menu at Spinzwin, keeping enhanced prices easy to locate, with football dominating the selection and a decent spread of boosted singles across the major competitions.
'Multiples Of The Day' also feature, pre-built accumulators offered at enhanced prices, and I actually think these are presented rather well, with a yellow tab spelling out the percentage boost so the value is obvious at a glance.
Boosted singles don't fare as well on presentation, with no 'was/now' price comparison to show you the original odds next to the enhanced ones, making the size of the boost harder to judge.
Taken as a whole, there's a reasonable spread of enhanced prices and I like that they're gathered in one dedicated section. The Multiples Of The Day stand out as the highlight; I'd just want the same transparency carried over to the boosted singles.
Having a dedicated Boosted Odds area at all works in Spinzwin's favour, and the Multiples Of The Day lift the offering above first impressions. Displaying the original odds alongside the boost and adding more variety to the enhanced bets on offer would help, and simply increasing the volume of boosts would make a bigger impact for players.
Loyalty Programme
1/2
Points earned through play can be spent in the Rewards Store at Spinzwin, part of a dedicated Rewards Programme that lets you climb through different loyalty levels as you go, with Free Bets, casino bonuses and Free Spins all up for grabs, catering to sports and casino customers alike.
I'm generally not sold on this style of loyalty programme, particularly at smaller bookmakers, since you can often need to spend a fair amount before earning anything genuinely worthwhile, and I'd rather see that value handed back through stronger promotions, cashback or Free Bets instead.
Some of the rewards also come with restrictions that chip away at their value further. Even so, having a structured loyalty scheme beats having no way at all of rewarding regular customers.
Usability & Design

Design & Interface1/4
Mobile App
2/8
Rather than a dedicated app, Spinzwin puts its faith in a mobile-optimised website that works across iOS and Android, giving you the full sportsbook through your browser, though the experience itself struck me as a bit odd.
A framed section houses the sportsbook, and on mobile it can end up filling only about half the screen at certain points, with a sizeable carousel above it that doesn't add a great deal. Worse still, you can end up scrolling inside the sportsbook frame and then having to scroll the wider page separately, which takes some adjusting to.
This is really more a symptom of how the broader ProgressPlay platform is built than a problem specific to the Spinzwin sportsbook, and I cover it in greater depth under usability. For now, the key takeaway is that Spinzwin functions perfectly well on mobile without an app, even if the experience could be smoother.
Navigation & Search
3/4
A left-hand menu system is one of the better navigation features at Spinzwin, letting you filter straight through sports and competitions from a single place rather than opening a sport, loading a new page and navigating again just to find the competition you're after.
It's especially handy when hopping between different leagues or sports, cutting down the number of clicks needed to drill into the competition you want. This is one spot where the older European-style layout actually plays to Spinzwin's advantage.
With so many sports on offer, the menu inevitably runs long, packed with niche European and international options alongside the more popular UK sports, though the filtering makes that breadth manageable rather than overwhelming.
Inside an event, markets are neatly separated into categories, Live events get prominent billing, Bet Builder-eligible fixtures carry a clear 'BB' marker, and Boosted Odds have their own section.
The iframe setup does make overall navigation clunkier than it needs to be, since you can end up scrolling within the sportsbook and then separately scrolling the page around it. Focusing purely on the menu structure itself, though, Spinzwin actually gets quite a lot right.
Bet Slip Usability
1.5/4
For a simple single bet, the Spinzwin bet slip does its job, laying out your selection, odds, stake and potential returns clearly, and staying conveniently anchored alongside the sportsbook as you browse on desktop.
Multiples and combination bets are where it comes unstuck. Lucky 15s and similar combination bets aren't presented in the clear, familiar format that UK bettors are used to from a conventional bookmaker, which can make things feel confusing at first, especially for anyone betting horse racing multiples regularly.
This is another spot where the older European feel of the sportsbook shows through. The functionality is there, but it isn't wrapped in the terminology and layout most UK bettors will instantly recognise.
The same Bet Builder issue mentioned earlier crops up here too, with incompatible selections staying selectable rather than being removed or disabled as you build. Simple bets are handled perfectly well, but combination bets and Bet Builders both need real improvement in how they're presented.
Design & Interface
1/4
Branding is actually one of Spinzwin's stronger points, and the initial landing pages look the part, contemporary and clean, very much like a modern sportsbook. Register and step inside, though, and you land in a noticeably older interface, and the contrast between the two is stark.
That approach doesn't sit well with me. The landing pages set an expectation for the betting experience that follows, only for the actual product to look and feel quite different once you're signed up. It feels somewhat misleading to draw people in partly on the strength of a presentation that isn't representative of what they'll actually be using.
The promotional banner carousel doesn't help the impression either, leaning on generic stock imagery with text slapped over the top and showing little creativity or anything that feels bespoke to Spinzwin. For such a visible part of the site, it does little to build a distinct identity.
The sportsbook itself has an older European feel and runs a four column desktop layout. Some will like having so much information packed onto one screen, moving quickly between sports, competitions and events, while others will find it cluttered, so this largely comes down to taste. My bigger issue is simply how dated it all looks. Having followed this sportsbook technology for close to a decade, remarkably little has changed. Spinzwin clearly has the design talent to produce attractive branding, as the initial website shows, but once you reach the actual betting platform those efforts run up against technology badly in need of a refresh.

Withdrawals

Debit card, PayPal, Skrill, Payz, Neteller, Apple Pay and Instant Bank Payment are all available for taking money out at Spinzwin, a genuinely wide spread that beats plenty of UK bookmakers, especially if eWallets are your preference.
One business day of internal processing is required before Spinzwin sends your withdrawal on its way, after which the time to actually land in your account varies by method, with eWallets and Instant Bank Payment typically ahead of debit cards.
Those timescales are fine without being exceptional, given that some of the bigger UK bookmakers now manage same day processing, occasionally getting funds onto a debit card within hours.
Less welcome is the withdrawal fee. Spinzwin takes 1% per withdrawal, capped at £3. The strong choice of payment methods and acceptable processing times are genuine positives, but I'd like to see that fee scrapped and the speed picked up.
Banking Options
2/2
Major debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Payz, Paysafecard and Instant Bank Payment are all supported for deposits at Spinzwin, putting it among the more generous UK bookmakers for choice, whatever your preferred way of funding an account.
Mobile users get a particularly convenient option in Apple Pay, while PayPal, Skrill and Neteller give Spinzwin a stronger eWallet lineup than many rivals, and Instant Bank Payment covers those who'd rather deposit straight from their bank account.
Banking is one of the strongest parts of the Spinzwin experience overall, with cards, eWallets, mobile payments and bank transfers all catered for, so most customers should find a convenient way to get money in without much trouble.
Sign-Up Process
1.5/2
Email address, name, date of birth, mobile number and home address are among the standard details requested when opening an account at Spinzwin, a process that's pretty simple from start to finish.
Before you can deposit or place a bet, Spinzwin needs to verify your identity and age, and while this is usually completed as part of the standard verification process, you may occasionally be asked for extra documents such as photo ID and proof of address.
Registration doesn't drag on and is easy to follow throughout, without any unnecessary extra steps getting in the way of opening an account.
Verification Process
1.5/2
Name, address and date of birth are checked as part of the KYC process Spinzwin runs before you can deposit or place a bet, with additional checks carried out where necessary.
Documents requested can include photographic ID such as a passport or driving licence, along with proof of address like a recent utility bill or bank statement, and in certain cases further documentation may be needed for Source of Funds or Source of Wealth checks.
Up to three working days is how long Spinzwin says document verification can take once it receives what's needed, a reasonable window for a manual KYC review, though a bit more clarity on typical timings for standard electronic verification, where no documents are required, would be welcome.
Taken together, the verification requirements at Spinzwin are fairly standard for a UK bookmaker, covering the usual checks and documentation you'd expect to provide.
Security
1.5/2
128 bit Secure Socket Layer encryption and firewall technology sit behind the scenes at Spinzwin, protecting sensitive data as it passes between you and its servers, with specialist payment providers handling transactions using their own security and fraud protection measures.
ProgressPlay looks after personal information here, applying technical and organisational security measures it says are designed to guard customer data from loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. Identity and payment checks may also be carried out by Spinzwin where needed, adding an extra layer against fraudulent activity on accounts.
Account number 39335 covers Spinzwin's licence with the UK Gambling Commission, with ProgressPlay Limited running the site under both that authorisation and a Malta Gaming Authority licence.
Nothing here reinvents the wheel, but that's not really a criticism. Encryption, secure payment handling, identity verification and UKGC oversight are exactly the protections I'd want to see from a regulated UK bookmaker, and Spinzwin delivers them all.

Customer Support
2.5/4
Live chat and email cover customer support at Spinzwin, with live chat the faster and more convenient route if you need help with your account, and both are advertised as available 24/7, a real plus given how many customers bet outside normal office hours.
An FAQ and Help Centre also cover the usual questions on accounts, verification, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and responsible gambling, and while both could use more detailed answers and broader coverage of common queries, they're adequate for finding basic information without needing to contact anyone.
Telephone support isn't offered, in line with most online betting brands, though I still think it's something bookmakers ought to provide, even if only during standard working hours, since some account, verification or payment issues are simply easier to resolve over the phone.
Round the clock live chat and email cover the essentials well, while the FAQ and Help Centre are satisfactory rather than impressive. Adding phone support and expanding the help section would lift the service considerably.
Betting Tools
0.5/2
Selected events at Spinzwin come with live match trackers and visualisations, covering scores, match progress and statistics without needing to leave the sportsbook, a feature that pairs nicely with the heavily promoted In Play section for a quick read on live action before betting.
Outside of that, though, dedicated betting tools are thin on the ground. A proper statistics and research area covering teams, players, past results and form would be welcome, as would something as basic as a bet calculator.
There's also no dedicated sports betting blog, which is a shame, since operating on the ProgressPlay platform clearly doesn't rule this out, given that Interbet ran on the same platform previously and produced a strong sports blog with regular previews, tips and editorial content. Spinzwin could add something similar independently of the underlying sportsbook technology, and it would add real value to the site.
I appreciate that a white label platform brings certain limitations when it comes to new betting functionality, but content and additional resources aren't bound by those same restrictions.
The live visualisations do their job well, but there's clear room for Spinzwin to build out more statistics, research tools and editorial content around the core sportsbook.
Account Management
1.5/2
Deposits, withdrawals, transaction history and certain personal details are all easy enough to manage from within a Spinzwin account, alongside access to information on verification and your account status.
The Safer Gambling section stands out in particular, letting you set daily, weekly and monthly limits on deposits, wagering and losses, with Reality Checks, Time Outs and self exclusion all available too. These controls apply across the wider ProgressPlay network where relevant, not just to your Spinzwin account specifically.
Basic sportsbook preferences, such as how odds are displayed, can also be adjusted, with bonuses and rewards accessible through their own areas of the account.
Functionality is where Spinzwin does well here, with most of what matters handled without needing to contact support, and the Safer Gambling controls are particularly strong. It's not the most polished presentation among the leading sportsbooks, but there's very little missing in terms of what it actually lets you do.
Responsible Gambling
2/2
An easily accessible Safer Gambling section gives Spinzwin a comprehensive set of Responsible Gambling tools, covering daily, weekly and monthly Deposit, Wagering and Loss Limits, plus Reality Checks, Time Outs and Self Exclusion.
Credit is also due for a thorough list of external organisations offering additional help and support, with plenty of information pointing players towards independent services and resources if their gambling starts becoming a problem, exactly what I'd expect from a responsible UK bookmaker.
The footer is one area I'd like to see improved, with a fuller set of Responsible Gambling links providing direct access to individual tools and support services rather than requiring a trip through the main menu.
Greater prominence elsewhere on the site, perhaps through an occasional banner in the main carousel, would also help. Overall Spinzwin offers an excellent range of Responsible Gambling tools and deserves real credit for the depth of external support information on offer, and making it all a little more visible and accessible would improve things further still.
