About Jamie Baulch
As an Olympic Silver Medallist and World Indoor 400m Champion, Jamie reached the absolute pinnacle of global track and field athletics. Following his historic track career, Jamie seamlessly transitioned his elite performance mindset into the corporate sports landscape.
These days Jamie splits his time between a charity driven business, the corporate speaking circuit and health retreat appearances. It keeps him close to the pulse of Welsh sport, and it shows in the colour and conviction he brings to everything he covers for us.

Jamie at betting.bet
At betting.bet, Jamie breaks down the game through the lens of elite athletic preparation, raw pace mechanics, and squad dynamics.
When analyzing major international fixtures, the Six Nations, or domestic rugby leagues, Jamie provides the raw performance data and locker-room insights that standard sports writers simply cannot access.
New to the betting.bet team, Jamie will also be taking a look at Six Nations games this season. He is a permanent fixture in hospitality boxes, picking up extra insight straight from ex players.
Looking ahead, Jamie will be a key contributor to our Los Angeles Olympics coverage, previewing every athletics event on the programme, from the 100 metres to the marathon.
